New Projects:: Photography and Blog changes!

Hello and welcome!!

 I'm sorry it's been so hush hush around this blog in particular. Since Digital Blu has made its debut to the world of Facebook, I have been updating that first. I apologize for that happening, but I will try my best from now on to update this at the same time as well. Well, on to the updates and such!

 Photography
From a request by my sister, I have done a photo shoot of our family and well as couple shots.
These are only some examples of my photography work this past weekend. Despite the cold weather at the Chicago Botanic Garden, we continued with the photo shoot. I enjoyed every bit of being a part of it and being the photographer nonetheless. If anyone wants a photo shoot of any kind or just like to make a request, then please don't hesitate to do so! Photography has been my main focal point since my absence around this blog. All other photos and photo requests are up at my Digital Blu Facebook page, so do please check them out and "Like" the page and any photos you enjoy, you will get updates of my work in your newsfeed in Facebook if you do!

 Blog changes
If you haven't noticed, there is a new app or widget to the right of the blog posts! It is a Facebook Widget to my Digital Blu page that does give updates whether it be new Facebook statuses or photos added by yours truly! My official website also has this new Facebook Widget app on the main page, as well with new content as well. I have added a new page to the site called "About Digital Blu" and have added some of my photos up there as well.. all watermarked! I have moved around some of my digital paintings to their own album as well, just in case I make more in the months to come. Also have mentioned in the main page what updates are new to the site. Hello and sorry for the inactivity around here. My motivation or my thrive to write has disappeared on me all of a sudden, but there are good reasons for them disappearing on me. I've been through a lot of stress and many things have happened in my life that disrupted me from writing or getting back to it, I should say. Today I continued writing on the second short story and will soon send it to my editor, in parts. The Illustrations have been complete, but only need to be colored through Photoshop and that'll be done when I have free time on my hands. New Project:: Short story:: The Comic Relief

Well, since I have began to volunteer for a hospital, I won't have much time to update any artwork I have introduced here. I am currently writing a short story and that does occupy my time during lunch breaks or waiting for work to begin, so that is being updated in a somewhat regular basis. I still need to make a summary for it, the artwork, and when it is complete I will upload it here as a .Pdf file, for anyone who would like to read it can download it here. It will have everything a published book has, which I am very excited about when I get to that point of putting everything together for it. Don't let the title of it fool you, "The Comic Relief", it has not much to not at all funny stuff in the story. It's actually a horror, a Stephen King type of a story. The Writing bug struck a nerve

Hello and Welcome! Photography There have been a couple of projects on the side with my photography. Most, of course, have been of events we have gone and I have taken pictures of. By now, most of the Cosplay photos have rolled out onto the Digital Blu Facebook page and some new ones will be on their way from a small event we went to in Taylor, Texas. It was a small convention regarding toy trains and Legos. All these pictures from this event will be crawling out now until mid October. I do have another project on the side regarding my extensive collection of The X-Files memorabilia that I have collected over the years, starting around in the year 1998 or 1999. I first put these photos in my personal Facebook page, to display them since I am very proud of my collection and still to this day am still collecting an item I do not own.
