Well, as of late there have been some changes around here, if you didn't realize, but I will point them out better for everyone to be able to see them clearer. Layout I have recently changed the layout on my blog. No, the photo you see as the background is not taken by me. All the credit goes to the appropriate person or people. I might change it to one of mine, but for now I will keep it this way. I also did remove one section that was called "Laptop Covers". Why I did it is because I hardly did any of them recently and the small business, if you can call it that, did not go anywhere. The designs or logos that were available weren't mine and I did not want to get into trouble in any shape or form. 2017 Welcome all to the New Year, 2017! I know I am late in celebrating the new year. We are already in it for 3 months. Hopefully everyone who wanted more adventures this year will get them soon if not already, those who wanted some goals for themselves have been completed or in the process of completing and if not fit for you, then I hope you are happy and content in your new year! Back to the drawing board! 50x50x50 project So I stumbled upon a nifty project, called you guess it, the "50x50x50 project". This does involve my camera and my new lens, my 50mm 1.8G. Basically what you would have to do is take 50 photos in 50 days only using your 50mm lens. I kind of broke some rules on this project, but still am doing it when I got the time to do so. There's one rule broken, since it did state daily and I'm not doing it daily. I do have a syllabus to follow, so that way I don't loose track or forget what I should be focusing on only. The End is near Hello all, once again sorry for the silence around here. An artist never quits and once they find a hobby or a project, they won't stop in the middle of it. I myself love finding new art to put into my life or on my belt and will never stop to find a new category or niche. Sorry for the title here, but the year is almost up and I haven't updated this blog since the beginning of this year.. hence the title. Now back to the update! 2016 I know its been such a long time since I wrote in here and I do apologize for that. Life has been very hectic, especially since I have moved, changed jobs, and have gotten married since the last post. Since moving and getting married between 2014-2015, I really haven't had any time to do the things I used to love and care for and just do out of randomness, art. This year, 2016, I really want to change that. I really want to get into focus with art again since I haven't had much of it in my life recently and it bothers me so. Hello and Welcome! I would like to start off with an apology to anyone who was, and hopefully still is, viewing this blog. I know I haven't updated like I said I would, but now is better than never. So shall we? Lets. Facebook There has been many updates on the Digital Blu page on Facebook! My main focus has been Photography as of late, so every month or end of the month, I update it with various photos I took during the month. I have gracefully created albums titled appropriately for the type of photos I take (i.e. Nature, Places, etc.). I have had the great opportunity to take many photos on the traveling I do with my family, so whenever I get the chance, I take a photo of what catches my eye. Hello and welcome!! I'm sorry it's been so hush hush around this blog in particular. Since Digital Blu has made its debut to the world of Facebook, I have been updating that first. I apologize for that happening, but I will try my best from now on to update this at the same time as well. Well, on to the updates and such! Photography From a request by my sister, I have done a photo shoot of our family and well as couple shots. These are only some examples of my photography work this past weekend. Despite the cold weather at the Chicago Botanic Garden, we continued with the photo shoot. I enjoyed every bit of being a part of it and being the photographer nonetheless.
